Please read our below terms and conditions carefully.

Fees are due for providing relocation services as outlined in our relocation packages. The fees for the standard relocation package and the bespoke package are due in full following a detailed consultation and prior to commencing any relocation services on your behalf.  

Fees for the home locator package are due in full following a detailed consultation and prior to commencing any relocation services on your behalf. This package is for 3 months consultation and up to 10 personal or livestream viewings and for properties up to a purchase price of £500,000. Fees for larger properties are available on request. Further viewings and livestream viewings can be bolted onto this package if required. 

Fees for the rental home locator service are normally one months rent with a minimum fee of £1500. This is for 3 months consultation and includes brutally honest descriptions and video tours of the location and detailed videos of the properties. Livestream viewings can also be arranged so tenants can interact live with a qualified agent prior to making a commitment. Whilst it is very likely that a suitable rental home will be found within this 3 month period Prime Relocation are unable to guarantee this and the above fees are due regardless of the outcome. Additional time and/or services can be bolted onto this service if required. 

Fees for exclusively retaining a qualified Estate Agent to locate a home to buy are 0.5% of the purchase price with £1500 paid up front and the remainder of the fee paid on completion of the transaction. This includes, an extensive property search, qualified advice on locations and condition, up to 10 video tours, help and advice with the legal process and contract and help with utilities, removals and services prior to moving in.  The minimum fee for this service is £1950. 

All relocation services are for a maximum term of 3 months with an additional 1 month of email support following relocation. 

Any advice given on property conditions, property values and/or locations are purely personal opinions and therefore not in any way guaranteed. If you are purchasing we strongly advise you to employ a Chartered Surveyor to provide a detailed report on property condition.

Fees for Personal Tours are to be paid in full prior to tour dates.

Costs of additional services are agreed on an individual basis.

The above relocation fees are non refundable once the relocation process has commenced.
